Live Answering Services

Voice Networks "Live Answering Service" can be either your primary method for answering your calls
or as an option with our voice mail services.

How it works
Specialized information about your company and answering instructions to the operator
are programmed into our computerized answering system. Calls are answered in your company name.
The operator inputs information into the answering system.
Messages are left in a voice mailbox, or sent to you by fax or e-mail.
You can be notified of messages on your cell phone, email, or pager.

Live Answering Hours
7 am - 9 pm  Monday-Friday
8 am - 3 pm  Saturday
10 am - 3 pm  Sunday
After-hours calls are forwarded directly to voicemail.

Packages & Rates

Economy Package:  $30.00/month + $0.99/minute
Capturing caller's basic contact information (name, company, phone number) and message.

Basic Package:  $85.00/month + $0.60/call over the first 100 calls
Capturing caller's basic contact information (name, company, phone number) and message.

Detailed Package:  $85.00/month + $0.70/minute
For taking specialized question and answer information, such as:
appointment setting, order taking, real estate showing.
